Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when an appointment is cancelled without sufficient notice, it is often not possible for me to fill that time slot.

As a courtesy, I contact clients 48 hours prior to their appointment to confirm the date and time. If you are unable to attend, please notify me as soon as possible. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will apply. This fee will either be sent via text message with a secure payment link or added to your account and payable at your next visit.

Please note that this policy also applies in the event of illness.

I do appreciate that genuine emergencies can arise unexpectedly, and these will always be considered on an individual basis.
