Cancellation Policy

Please appreciate that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving me enough notice, I usually am unable to fill that appointment slot.

As a courtesy, I always contact you to confirm the date and time of your appointment 48 hours before, so please notify me immediately if you are unable to make the appointment. I require at least 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given there will be a cancellation charge of half the price of the treatment cost. This will either be sent to you by text message with a payment link or added to your account to pay next time your in the salon.

I do appreciate that there are emergency situations which cannot be avoided, such situations will be considered on an individual basis.
